By inviting the Gachan Discord bot to your server, using our marketplace, or logging into the dashboard, you enter into a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately remove the bot and cease use of our services.

1. The Service

Gachan is a cross-server card battle and gacha game. The service is provided via Discord and this website. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the game at any time without prior notice.

2. Virtual Economy & Items

The game features "Gold", "Gems", and "Cards". You agree that:

• No Monetary Value: Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
• Revocable License: Items are licensed to you for gameplay purposes only. We retain ownership of all game data.
• Rebalancing: We reserve the right to "nerf", "buff", or adjust stats of any card or drop rate to maintain game balance.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not engage in:

• Self-Botting/Automation: Using scripts, macros, or automated tools to play the game.
• Real Money Trading (RMT): Selling accounts, cards, or currency for real money.
• Exploitation: Knowingly using bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassment: Using guild names or profile settings to spread hate speech or harass others.

4. Discord Integration

Gachan is not affiliated with Discord Inc. Your use of Gachan is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service. If your Discord account is terminated, your Gachan data may become inaccessible.

5. Data & Deletion

User data is stored on our primary database and fast-access cache. Account deletion requests initiated via the Dashboard enter a 7-day cooldown period. During this time, the request can be cancelled. After 7 days, the deletion is permanent and irreversible.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gachan is provided "AS IS". We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or server-side lag. Under no circumstances will the developers be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Gachan (Blacklist) at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violating these terms or Discord's Community Guidelines.
